Order Cancellations
An order can be canceled any time before pre-production begins and receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy – What to Know:
- Once your order is approved, the artwork and pre-production process will begin
- After you approve your virtual proof, your order moves into full production and is submitted to the manufacturer
- At that stage, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation will be possible
- You are responsible for any costs already incurred, including but not limited to setup fees, design work, shipping, or restocking
