Ordering from Outside the U.S.

If you're located outside the United States and wish to place an order, simply submit a quote request. An account manager will follow up with a personalized quote including accurate shipping costs, duties, and applicable taxes based on your location.

Please note: Delivery dates for international orders cannot be guaranteed due to potential customs processing or transit delays. Additionally, each country has unique import regulations, which may restrict certain product categories such as brand-name merchandise, food, lighters, and sanitizers. Shipping is not available to all countries.

Terms & Conditions for International Shipping

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not controlled or predetermined by the seller.
• Customs authorities may inspect and open any international package during transit.
• Delivery timelines are not guaranteed for orders shipping internationally due to variables outside of our control.
• Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer at the time of dispatch. This includes delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs departments, or other external factors.
• The buyer is considered the "importer of record" and must adhere to all regulations and laws of the destination country.
• It is the customer's responsibility to confirm whether the selected items are eligible for import to the destination country.
• If a return is required, the buyer will act as the exporter and bear all related costs. Ownership and risk of loss transfer back only when the product is received at the warehouse.
