Placing an Order

1. Select Quantity

Choose the number of items you’d like to order.

2. Upload Artwork or Enter Text

Upload your design files or type in your custom text. If you run into any issues, feel free to call the number listed on our website for assistance, or email your artwork to our art department after placing your order.

3. Choose Item Color

Pick the color you’d like for your product.

4. Select Imprint Method

If multiple imprint options are available, choose your preferred method.

5. Choose Imprint Color

Select the color(s) for your imprint. For multiple-color prints, please call our sales team to confirm if your item supports it.

6. Set Your Delivery Date

Choose when you’d like your order delivered. If you need it sooner than the estimated date, please call us to confirm availability.

7. Review Your Selections

A summary of your choices will appear on the right. Double-check everything, then click Add to Cart.

8. Proceeding After Adding to Cart

After adding your item, choose to Checkout, View Cart, or Continue Shopping.

9. Sign In to Checkout

Sign into your account to proceed. You’ll be able to confirm or update your shipping address.

10. Apply Discounts

Enter a discount code if you have one. Sign up for the Deluxe newsletter to receive a 10% discount code.

11. Enter Payment Information

Add your credit card details and update your billing address if needed.

12. Submit Your Order

Click Process Payment and Submit Order.

13. Artwork Proof Approval

Your order will be placed on hold while our art team creates a virtual proof. Approve the proof to send your order to production. Request changes and we’ll send you a revised proof. If you decide to cancel, it must be done before approving the proof to receive a full refund.
