The Quality Certification Alliance is an independent organization dedicated to raising the bar for companies that import or manufacture promotional products. Its mission is to ensure that merchandise meets high standards for safety, quality, social responsibility, and environmental impact.
QCA goes beyond regulatory requirements like California Proposition 65 and the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. It provides formal accreditation to suppliers that voluntarily undergo a rigorous, third-party audit process examining key aspects of their operations—from product quality to ethical sourcing and environmental practices.
When you purchase items from a QCA-accredited supplier, you can feel confident that the products have been reviewed against some of the most thorough standards in the industry. This includes checks for product safety, supply chain transparency, social compliance, and sustainability.
This doesn’t mean that items from non-accredited suppliers are unsafe or of lesser quality—they still meet all applicable federal and state safety regulations. However, they simply haven’t undergone the extensive third-party certification process that QCA accreditation requires.
