Most samples arrive within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an added fee.

What Is a Pre-Production Proof?
A pre-production proof, or spec sample, is a physical example of your selected product printed with your actual design or logo. This allows you to see exactly how the final product will look before full production begins.
Why Request One?
Pre-production proofs are highly recommended if time permits—they provide peace of mind by showing you how your artwork will appear on the product in real life.

Producing a pre-production sample generally adds 5–10 business days to the order timeline to allow for setup, printing, and delivery. Additional setup fees and sample costs may apply.
Approval Required
Once you approve the sample, full production will begin based on the standard timeline. Rush production may be available—ask your account manager for details.
