What Is a Virtual Proof?
A virtual proof is a digital mockup that shows your artwork placed on the product you’ve selected. Using manufacturer-provided templates, it offers a highly accurate preview of how your final item will look.
Proof Approval Process
Your order won’t move into production until you’ve reviewed and approved your virtual proof.
What to Expect
Virtual proofs are typically ready within one business day after you place your order.
You’ll receive an email notification once your proof is available. From there, you can view it, approve it, or request changes directly through your My Account dashboard.
We’re happy to revise your proof as many times as needed to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
Important Note
Because creating virtual proofs requires time and attention to detail, we do ask for payment before the proofing process begins.
